In this User Agreement, “you” and “your” shall mean any Registered User/Guest User accessing the Website, its contents and using the services offered therein. Such a person must agree to be a member by providing Registration Data comprising of (“User ID which can be your “email Id, or mobile number” and “Password”) Further, “we”, “us”, “our” and “gofillform” shall mean gofillform and includes its affiliates, associates, and subsidiary (ies).
You must be at least (18) years of age to use the Website; by using it or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least (18) years of age as stipulated under Indian Contract Act, 1872. A minor shall only use or transact on website through a legal guardian or parents on the Website. You acknowledge and comprehend that gofillform and the Website only offers hosting services to You. gofillform has no control over the third-party user generated contents and does not provide any guarantee with respect to any such content and shall not be held liable for any loss suffered by you based on your reliance on or use of such data/content.
You agree, undertake, and confirm that your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
“Your Information” shall be any information provided to us by You or other Website registered users during registration, application, or listing processes through feedback or any e-mail feature. gofillform only acts as a passive channel for all Your information, services, and publication and You are personally responsible for Your information.
In case of non-compliance with rules and regulations, user agreement, and privacy policy, of an intermediary computer resource, the Intermediary shall immediately terminate Your access and usage rights and remove non-compliant information.
As per Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 you agree and undertake that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information or share/list(s) any information or item that is harmful, not yours, unlawful, misleading, prohibited, contains software viruses, threatens India’s unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty, pornographic, libelous, racial, gambling, harassing others, indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, harmful to minors, infringement of any patent, trademark, copyright, insulting other nation, or harmful to defense system of India).
Any information that You upload on the Website may be hosted with its hosting partners. We are not responsible for any loss of such information following unforeseen reasons such as hacking, Website failure, IT infrastructural failure or problem. The terms and conditions of the hosting company shall apply separately.
gofillform Website and its servers are reliable. We do not guarantee 100% fast accessibility especially due to server and portal maintenance, or website’s heavy usage. You agree to cooperate with gofillform in such circumstances.

You are required to always uphold full compliance of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules and amendments therein, domestic and international laws, rules, and regulations, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations of India, and Foreign Exchange Laws with reference to your use of our Website. You are estopped from engaging in transactions that are in contravention with the provisions of such laws, rules, or regulations.
You shall be held personally or jointly liable for manipulating, or attempting to manipulate the prices of the Website’s items or services being sold or purchased.
You agree that you are solely responsible for the provision of any information relating to your items or services on the website. Therefore, you undertake to provide accurate, reliable, and competent information thereof. You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that You publicly disclose or share with others on the Website. Avoid sharing crucial personal information publicly on the Website.
gofillform estops you from endeavoring to or circumventing or manipulating our billing process, fees, fees structure owed to us subject to any executed Agreement between you and us.

By using gofillform, you agree that we are merely a link between you and form publishers/institutes/suppliers and are not party to or control any website transactions. Therefore, gofillform shall have no liabilities or obligations, or rights, or interest, or title to such application forms. gofillform shall not be held accountable for any inadequate or delayed performance of the form publishers/institutes/Supplier.
gofillform shall protect and respect your personal information and privacy in accordance with the relevant laws. gofillform shall not disclose your personal information to any third parties, unless as required by law or if it is necessary for your participation in the relevant services. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the state of affairs and where apposite, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

gofillform has the right to limit your website activity, immediately eliminate your forms/information, temporarily/indefinitely block, suspend or terminate your membership, warn other Users of your actions, and/or deny your access to the Website in event of but not limited to:

gofillform’s inability to authenticate or verify any information provided by you; or
Your actions causing or are likely to make you, other Users, or gofillform incur legal liability. gofillform has the discretion to reinstate any suspended Users subject to the necessary requirements. A suspended or blocked User cannot attempt to register or use gofillform Website in any way until they are fully reinstated. gofillform reserves the right to recover any amounts due or owed to use and take the necessary legal actions to recover such amounts.
All Website purchases have a steady commitment to purchase/apply. All purchasers of any item must complete the transaction with form publishers/institutes/Supplier.
If you apply/purchase on a form, you are bound by the respective conditions of sale so long as they are not in contravention of the User Agreement or illegal.
Any application/purchase of a form from the gofillform Website are for application purposes only and is not a guarantee of admission to the institution. Each form publisher/institute/supplier has its own admission process which must be followed to the later by all applicants.
We strongly advise you to avoid testing our Website with false applications/purchases as doing so will expose you to personal legal risks. Using: a false name, false personal information, an unauthorized credit/debit cash card or any other mode of payment, making erroneous or fictitious bids is an offence that attracts prosecution from gofillform.
If you use inaccurate information in terms of your; identity, your web browser will give us a unique address that will be used to identify you by law enforcement officials. As a registered website applicant, you can give form publishers/institutes/Supplier feedback after the transaction is closed.
All applicants/buyers must review the listings prior to making purchase decisions. Buyers are not entitled to any return/refund for any wrong orders. In extreme cases, an institute may refund 76.4% of the total amount within 60 days upon deducting the necessary charges thereof.
We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to give form publishers/institutes/Supplier through rating them in order to help future applicants/buyers. If your feedback is offensive or has profanity, we have a right to remove it.
gofillform does not issue a warranty to all forms sold by users. We are not liable for any inaccurate or misleading information uploaded by the sellers. By using the site, you relinquish all the power to hold gofillform liable. Users shall use the site at their own risk.
